The ideal candidate is the primary contact responsible for helping guests interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online, over the phone, and in-store.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of six months proven sales experience or sales-related customer service.
Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals
Provides timely and accurate information to the guest and places a summary of the interaction into a customer relationship management system
Researches, locates, and provides product solution that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions
Schedules virtual or instore appointments on behalf of the guest and maintains a digital calendar
Upsells product and services
Offers and explains available payment options
Enter sales orders and accept payments
Initiates outbound communication to guests with the intent of driving promotional campaigns
Supports the recovery of guest sales
Remains up to date on all products and services that the company offers
Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or in store
Performs other duties as assigned
