The Case Management Director Acute Care Hospital will be in charge of overseeing Care Management and Social Services across a large inpatient hospital.

This role will require a strong healthcare leader, experience in acute care hospital inpatient Case Management, and any licensed clinical profession with their Bachelor’s degree. The Case Management Director will be responsible for throughput, care experience, and effective delivery of care for the inpatient hospital case management.
