Job Description:

Cognizant is hiring for Network Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Cisco Switches and AP’s – including VSS and Nexus 7K,5K,2K switches.

·         Excellent understanding on Routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP etc.

·         Level-3 troubleshooting and analytical skill

·         Excellent understanding of Data & Security technologies and protocols.

·         Network and packet analysis through Wireshark tool

·         Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, network protocols and packet analysis

·         Strong knowledge of RADIUS and TACACS+ protocols.

·         Experience in the Tools – Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE, GigaMon, Service-Now, Splunk

·         Proficient in collaboration with 3rd party suppliers and partners.

·         Excellent communication and documentation skills

·         Good Presentation Skills

EDUCATION:

HS Graduate or equivalent as a minimum

Diploma or degree in IT preferred

ITIL and/or any other additional certification preferred

HP Certification must be obtained with 90 days of hire

CompTia or A+ certification is required within 90 day of hire
