Position Overview
As a Presell Representative you will promote Community Coffee's premium brand position, manage existing customer accounts, and develop new customer accounts.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Acquires new business by identifying, making cold calls and presentations to prospective customer
Manages and upsells to current customer base
Actively addresses customer needs, problems, and complaints related to product or equipment
Records and maintains sales or delivery information in handheld; collects payments
Maintains proper selection and inventory of products for each customer according to PAR levels
Monitors active accounts, delinquent and dormant accounts
Rotates products (stock) according to established company standards
Communicates instructions and other customer information verbally, in writing, and/or thru text/email with Presell Service Representative
Performs preventative and routine maintenance (using basic tools) on equipment placed at customer's place of business
Cleans vehicle and performs routine maintenance (such as washing, and checking fluids, oil and tire pressure) according to established company standards
Recovers brewing equipment and other branded merchandise and products from discontinued customer establishments
Participates in trade shows and special events to promote the company's products and services
Collects empty containers, out of date, unsold or damaged merchandise from customers and documents transaction according to established company standards or policies
May be requested to perform different or additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements
High School diploma OR equivalent required; college degree preferred
One or more years of related experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Driver's license required; A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for vehicles 26,000 lbs or greater
Acceptable driving record
DOT medical certification required
Successful completion of pre-employment physical

must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
occasionally push or pull up to 100 pounds using a rolling pallet or similar equipment, often up or down a slight incline or ramp.
specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Field Sales Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but may be moderately loud in warehouse areas.
