Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division is currently hiring for IT/Logistics Coordinator to work in our Maitland, FL office. The successful candidate will provide direct, technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for telecommunication equipment, associated computers, and electronic equipment. The IT/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for quickly diagnosing and resolving technical problems and/or challenges.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides Tier 1 level troubleshooting and general office technical support: printer troubleshooting and configuration, software updates and issues, setting up workstations, connecting to network resources


• Laptop configuration (imaging, BIOS updates, software installation)


• Minor laptop or peripheral repairs (add memory, replace hardware, batteries, toner), cleaning, testing.


• Manage supply inventory: what is in inventory, inventory assignment to field operatives, inventory validation, inventory shortages and replacements required, inventory disposal

• This position requires a level of technical expertise across multiple skill sets to address and resolve issues in an acceptable timeframe.


• 1-3 years of IT experience preferred


• Expertise in Microsoft applications


• Individual must be able to work unsupervised and have strong communication and reporting skills


• Able to work well with others in a project team environment


• Must be able to work long-hours on short notice, including occasional weekends, to support emergency response field operations.


• Position may require travel, sometimes on short notice, depending on project requirements.
