GENERAL PURPOSE:

This is a financial and risk management role focusing on WEX s global virtual payment solution product available to high profile domestic and international clients. This role s emphasis is on auditing, risk management, communications, and relationship management and requires the ability to be self-managed while balancing operational support risk mitigation. The ability to multitask, prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an ever changing environment is critical. Managing risk in this multi-faceted, multi-functional role and understanding the balance between customer impact and retention is vital.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Work in a team to manage an assigned portfolio of customers that exceed $850 million in annual sales.
*

Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders while following established procedures and techniques to maintain an established delinquency rate
*

Perform quality audits of aging balances and other anomalies caused by improper payments or other activity.
*

Ensure adjudicated account credit line is never exceeded by reviewing daily and monthly system reports
*

Provide reporting to customers and internal stakeholders to convey complete, accurate, and timely account information, considering the balance between risk of loss and customer retention
*

Communicate to customers regarding potential service interruption, late fees, financial reporting needs, and delinquency in a clear, concise manner while maintaining a balance between retention of high profile accounts and mitigating risk for WEX.
*

Manage and deescalate conflict when appropriate in customer interactions as well as negotiate and influence when necessary to bring resolution that is best for both the customer and WEX.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

College degree or 3+ years in related field
*

Intermediate accounting knowledge
*

Strong Auditing skills
*

Strong negotiation skills
*

High School Diploma
*

Strong verbal and written communication skills
*

Computer proficiency
*

Strong customer service skills
