JOB SUMMARY : Provide a brief description of why the job exists.
Provide internal and external support to Distribution and Warehousing operations.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: L ist the essential job responsibilities in descending order of importance.
1.
Monitor production schedules and available inventory in order to fill customer purchase orders. Schedule such inventory for shipment by securing carrier transport, applicable dock scheduling at receiving and customer confirmations. Complete load planning for full truckload shipments.

Provide documentation and certificates to customers in advance of shipment receipt as required by the customer.

3.
Release master orders to sales orders and maintain reconciliation of shipments to orders. Research and resolve order discrepancies.

4.
Create export/import documentation and schedule shipments ensuring compliance to applicable local and international regulations.

5.
Create documentation for Hazardous Materials shipments and ensure product is appropriately labeled and/or placarded as needed.

6.
Maintain inbound raw material delivery schedule and secure transportation as needed.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: List minimum education, certification, years of experience, etc. which are required to perform the job.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience

At least 5 years warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.

Certification / Licensure

Forklift certification is a plus.

Additional

Ability to read, write, speak and translate English/Spanish. Must have good mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have good problem solving skills; must be detailed oriented
