Working on front end revenue cycle and certain payroll duties will fall under that bucket. As the Supervisor, this individual will be hands on with the Patient Access staff by creating objectives and performance standards for all members. The Hospital Supervisor Patient Access should have a very good understanding of all regulatory compliance with state regulations such as The Joint Commission and EMTALA. Ideally this award-winning facility is looking to bring in a Certified Healthcare Access Associate who has an education background in business and carries acute care billing experience.
