Your Mission

As a Lead Tools Animator, you will be expected to plan, manage and create Animation Workflow Tools that increase productivity across the entire Animation Dept. This will be achieved by working with Animation Directors and Leads identifying inefficiencies in pipeline and workflow. The ability to deliver tools and process that increase creativity and efficiency, is the prime directive. You will be joining our Passionate and Talented team of Animators who, continue pushing our standards of quality and drive, that echoes throughout our studio. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain the Animation workflow and pipeline to find efficiencies to be gained across the Department


• Create and manage tools that complement software packages that the Animators, Tech Animators and Motion Capture use for daily tasks


• Communicate and collaborate with the most passionate team of animators, engineers, and designers toincrease our Animation workflow productivity

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• +6 years of Game Development experience


• A strong passion for Animation, Video Games, and the Entertainment it inspires and draws from


• A strong ability to plan, manage and create workflow tools that increase efficiency for Animation


• Expert knowledge of Maya, Motion builder API(s)


• Expert scripting experience (e.g. Python, etc.)


• Strong verbal and written communication


• Possess the ability to lead multiple people to complete tasks


• Possess the ability to deliver, receive and address feedback
