The Integrated Solutions Loan Executive I is responsible for processing loan agreements, providing reporting and fulfilling administrative tasks required to service Integrated Solutions programs.

• Efficiently and accurately process loan agreements for assigned clients.


• Use creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.


• Monitor loans submitted and business from assigned agents for FIRST's "Fourteen Warning Signs" and concerning trends.


• Verify customer insurance coverages through discussion with insurance company personnel.


• Research and manage physical & electronic payments received.


• Provide reporting to our clients and review data to ensure the accuracy of our reporting.


• Manage department inboxes and provide service reminders to team members


• Develop and maintain client relations through superior service.


• Review and submit credit line increases for agents, carriers and MGAs.


• Coordinate with program management team to improve processes and address servicing needs.


• Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on accounts.
