Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family or psychological problems. Founded in 1991, we offer an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, psychological testing, and behavioral health and medication management services.

In this role you will participate in a standard DBT program certified by the Department of Human Services. Clinicians maintain a full-time case load while designing and implementing treatment/interventions reflective of identified patient needs. Typical caseloads include a mix of general Outpatient Therapy clients and DBT clients.
Job duties include:
- Sitting on a DBT consultation team
- Participating in all components of adherent DBT treatment
- Attending monthly trainings facilitated by DBT teammates as part of DHS certification
- Other duties as assigned
We provide FREE Behavioral Tech 5-Day DBT Foundational™ training for individuals as part of their employment with our DBT program. BTECH is the Linehan Institute Training Company, which prepares individuals through their trainings for DBT certification.
