Independently perform activities associated with the recruitment and employment of new employees for a designated school/unit.

Job-Specific Responsibilities
Research Staff Services provides administrative support for the hiring, training and management of 200+ research staff, and assists 200+ faculty with their research staff needs. As part of the larger RSS team, the Recruiting Manager, RSS provides a wide range of recruiting activities focused on attracting and hiring the highest quality candidates to support HBS faculty in their research.

Reporting to Director of Research Staff Services, will provide a wide range of recruiting activities focused on attracting and hiring the highest quality candidates to support HBS faculty in their research.


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience

• Work is performed in an office setting
