POSITION OBJECTIVES:
The position will work closely with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) acting as an enabler for strategic initiatives and ensuring execution of key priorities. S/he will be charged with building alignment on strategic initiatives with the HRLT and broader organization to include planning, communicating, and operationalizing strategic programs for Global HR.
As a critical partner, the HR Portfolio and Program Manager will engage with and build relationships inside and outside of Takeda to enable execution of the HR Strategy and Roadmap. S/he will work with Global HR Leaders and the CHRO to create and approve the rolling 3 year road map of projects and initiatives that impact the enterprise.
The HR Portfolio and Program Manager will implement portfolio management and governance processes, templates, tools, train and support HR colleagues, leverage best practices and integrate creative analytical approaches to enhance portfolio planning and performance, and enable portfolio performance discussions and decisions at strategic initiative reviews. S/he will support the HR strategy, roadmap and portfolio processes, and develop and maintain performance dashboards. The position will also serve as a program manager for special projects, driving both the strategy and execution.
The position understands and completes complex tasks and drive organization-wide impact, enabling GHRO to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Monitor and communicate progress against portfolio delivery within Global HR
Manage key milestones and project objectives across the HR portfolio
Provide key portfolio analytics to help drive HR portfolio delivery and resource optimization
Manage, develop and improve upon existing HR portfolio and project management tools
