A brand-new opportunity for a Manager Clinical Laboratory has just become available at a small, noteworthy hospital in Northern California!

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Inpatient Laboratory Manager will oversee 17 FTEs, including a Supervisor of Laboratory Services. The Manager of Clinical Laboratory will work day shift, Monday through Friday.

This beloved community hospital is a designated Trauma Center and provides crucial support to the surrounding area. This medical center is well respected for high levels of patient care and close personal relationships within the community. Accredited by the Joint Commission, the hospital offers comprehensive services including inpatient and outpatient care, medical and surgical services, and diagnostic and emergency care.

The Manager Clinical Laboratory will provide collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services. The Manager Clinical Laboratory will be responsible for personnel management, budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic planning.
