Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Recovery Unit Nurse Director will be responsible for Pre-and Post-Op services. The RN Director PACU will manage a dedicated team of RN Managers, Registered Nurses, Technicians, and other support staff. In this dynamic role, the RN Director Catheterization Lab is responsible for administrative and clinical oversight including budgetary oversight, evaluating staffing needs and performance, and implementing process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive PACU management experience and is knowledgeable on ASPAN standards. The Recovery Unit Nurse Director will collaborate with executive leadership to shape the long-term goals of the hospital.
