Job Description:

If so - Vector Security Networks is hiring a Specialized Customer Service Representative within Technical Support Department, located in Gainesville, VA. The position involves providing troubleshooting guidance for Burglary and fire technology to inbound calling technicians, completing installation and service work. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of basic circuitry, network fundamentals, and high deductive reasoning skills.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to field technicians supporting burglary and fire equipment. 

  • Using company monitoring and jurisdictional procedures, research system and provide recommendations to resolve support challenges.

  • Perform remote programming of security and fire systems.

  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers.

  • Maintain proper documentation and asset records.
