DUTIES:

1. Transport materials in Tube-Alloy vehicle when needed.


2. Operates vehicle consistent with Tube-Alloy safe driving manual and DOT Regulation.


3. Receive all freight shipments for company and distribute to appropriate department.


4. Complete all documents related to shipping and receiving, i.e., warehouse movement ticket, bills of lading, etc.


5. Receive calls after normal working hours and take appropriate action.


6. Maintain warehouse, trucks, forklift and other assigned assets in a clean and safe condition.


7. Assist Shipping & Receiving personnel when not operating a truck.


8. Maintain maintenance records on all company vehicles.


9. Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORTS TO:  Department Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person as applicable per facility

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:  High School Degree or GED Equivalent.  Education requirements may be satisfied through alternative education and/or previous job experience.

EXPERIENCE:  Work experience in a truck driving capacity.  Forklift experience preferred.  Work experience in a shipping/receiving preferred. 

SPECIAL SKILLS:  Requires basic math skills and ability to operate basic office equipment. Maintain a current driver’s license in state of residence and maintain insurability consistent with company’s insurance requirements. CDL License required.
