Ops - Ops Logistic Coordinator LI

Responsibilities will include: Coordinating and monitoring Air & Ocean Imports and Exports and Trucking] Ensuring assets and communications are used effectively Utilizing logistics knowledge to optimize shipping and transport procedures Coordinate logistics (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements AMS, AES and ACE system entries Communicate with vendors, agents, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements Prepare accurate reports for upper management Invoice customers for services rendered Review and approve invoices from vendors, subcontractors and agents pertaining to shipments/services coordinated Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills. Great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer and data entry -savvy with a working knowledge of excel, word and internet Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Job Type: Full-time

Skills / Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service or Administrative experience Knowledge of Excel, word and internet Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple internal software systems Clean Background a must
