The RN Infection Prevention will collaborate with the Infection Prevention Lead, other teams, and individuals to help create infection prevention strategies, provide feedback, and sustain infection prevention plans. They will assist with the development of policies and procedures to ensure rigorous infection Prevention standards that meet DNV, OSHA, Public Health Department and CDC Standards. They will perform surveillance and data collection/analysis of the organization's infection-prevention program. They will provide their findings then help educate, direct, and coordinate current infection prevention practices to providers, clinic, and hospital Staff.
