Our opportunity allows your talents in service and support to shine in a non-traditional call center environment with open spaces, individual workstations to limit the potential for exposure, and a welcoming environment full of natural light.

Our patient services representatives are ready to assist, whether it’s setting up their first appointment, or handling concerns. No prior medical experience is needed as the position invests heavily in training new teammates.

Gentle Dental provides high-quality comprehensive care, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. 

Hours of Operation: Varies from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM PST; 5 days per week with 1 - 2 Saturdays per month.

Pay: $15 an hour plus performance-based bonuses

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns


• Schedule new patient appointments


• Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction


• Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Prior customer service experience or experience in retail, service, hospitality or similar


• Ability to accurately type 40 wpm


• Must be available to work 1 – 2 Saturdays per month, scheduled in advance


• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
