This teaching hospital is committed to providing high quality care to their community. The 350+ bed medical center is a comprehensive stroke center. The CVDOU Assistant Manager will work for a hospital that that has received Blue Distinction Specialty Care Designation for Quality in Cardiac Care.

The Cardiovascular Observation unit offers innovative treatments and is equipped with cutting edge technology. The Cardiac Supervisor will work with a collaborative cardiac team, including: Cardiac Surgeons, Nurses, Cardiologists, Technicians, and Cardiac Anesthesiologists. The department offers a wide variety of services, such as cardiac services, cath lab, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgery.

The experienced Nurse Coordinator Cardiac DOU will report to the Nurse Manager. The responsibilities include helping with all aspects of the Cardiac Step Down Unit including weekly meetings, procedural days, scheduling evaluations, and assisting in the overall patient experience. The Assistant Nurse Manager will supervise the nursing personnel on shift.
