The specialist will always maintain and ensure confidentiality of patient information and medical records in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The RN Educator Employee Health Specialist is the central advocate for employee rights and will thus ensure that all employees have equal access to preventative health and safety measures. Using their excellent communication and organizational skills, the specialist will collaborate with department managers / heads in order to facilitate new policy / technology development, patient case study, and quality assurance monitoring. The RN Educator Employee Health Specialist will work tirelessly to keep the hospital staff safe, happy, and healthy.
