The Nursing Director of Surgical Services CNOR will be accountable for the department operations, including work flow, implementing quality performance improvement initiatives, budgets, ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance, updating policy procedures, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. 

The Nursing Director of Surgical Services CNOR will ideally hold their CNOR certification, BSN, active RN license, have clinical management experience, and have a scrubbing and circulating operating room background.
