 The Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services will be joining a 200+ bed hospital that offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, and 24/7 Emergency Services. The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Director will work alongside the VP of Pharmacy Services to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, and manage the service line fiscal budget. The Pharmacy Services Director will have oversight of 20 pharmacists and ensure that all state and federal regulatory standards are upheld. 

Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services include the completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmaceutical program and a minimum of 3-5 years of prior pharmaceutical management experience. A background in sterile products preparation, TPN, and Chemotherapy is a huge plus!
