Recruit new participants clinical trials
Recognized as highest site recruiter for several trials
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring/participation plans
Network with potential participants through professional groups on social media and during events
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified participants
Track hiring metrics
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Follow up with participants throughout the recruiting process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future clinical studies
Assist with business initiatives
