Recruitment Specialist
Minimum Qualifications:
 


  • 3+ years of Clinical Trial Recruitment experience

  • Worked as a recruiter in a medical center, medical college, or at hospitals

  • BS in Science, Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Good written and verbal communications skills

  • Client focused and solutions oriented; Good problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to use judgment to make meaningful decisions

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross functional teams

  • Self-learner interested in both the how and the why


  • Demonstrates ability to coach and provide insights

 
Job Responsibilities


  • Recruit new participants clinical trials

  • Recognized as highest site recruiter for several trials

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring/participation plans

  • Network with potential participants through professional groups on social media and during events

  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified participants

  • Track hiring metrics

  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

  • Follow up with participants throughout the recruiting process

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future clinical studies

  • Assist with business initiatives
