We are currently looking for an Congregate Housing Service Supervisor within Catholic Charities Senior Communities.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
The Congregate Housing Service Supervisor manages the program census, ongoing financial performance and the daily operation of the Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP), including daily meal services, weekly personal care services, housekeeping, laundry and on-going service management to support aging in place in the affordable apartment setting. Assesses applicants, prepares service plans, monitors participant progress, serves as a liaison with participants, families, and advocates, supervises the provision of direct services by program staff, ensuring that participant needs are addressed and manages all aspects of accounts receivable, expense management and vendor relationships.
Our Senior Communities program develops and operates affordable, supportive communities for older adults with a resolve to nurture a spirit of purpose, wellness, and harmony among both our residents and colleagues.
