The eCommerce Administrator will maintain and grow our global eCommerce platform by managing product data, expanding functionality with software updates, and working across departments to meet the business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of global ecommerce platform (Magento 2 ECE)


• New product creation, set-up and data management


• Work with the marketing department on product launches, acquiring content and setting up promotions 


• Work with web developers to coordinate integration, updating and testing of plugins, feature changes, and platform version/security updates


• Serve as subject matter expert on platform capabilities


• Review and investigate technical issues such as order creation, bugs, etc.


• Create and schedule promo codes, banners, etc.


• Work across departments and with stakeholders to build technical requirements and project schedules 


• Manage user permissions and perform training on new platform users across global offices


• Image asset processing as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, or a closely related field


• 3-5 years of professional experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing


• Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms such as Magento 2 is required


• Experience with Salesforce and a familiarity with web development concepts is also a plus


• Ability to translate needs between programmer, sales, marketing and digital team


• Experience working with spreadsheets and product data


• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills


• Proven ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
