Position Summary:

This role will support Commercial Systems' overall DCX Project Management portfolio with focus on Digital Small-Medium customer growth, 80/20 initiatives, productivity improvements/enhancements and will also be a key player driving implementation and co-ordination of digital efforts for profitable growth through enhanced digital customer experience

Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategy and priority guidance for business(es) s/he represents regarding digital activities (eg. digital campaigns for IMCs, requirements for enhancements, web content needs, etc.)


  • Lead customer on-boarding on the new eCommerce site, 5000 customers and 10,000 products


  • Conduct user research, gather business requirements, draft user stories and collaborate with IT PM to break those user stories into scenarios


  • Implement and breakdown customer on-boarding roadmap into epics and group user stories


  • Implement product data changes as needed to support accurate and complete description of the products.


  • Act as an interface and customer advocate to ensure customer, user and business needs are addressed


  • Represent customers, users and business with IT PM & QA team in grooming sessions


  • Collaborate with business team members and customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work


Perform analysis on available website, search, and campaign performance metrics and make appropriate recommendations for improvements

Required Skills


  • Experience as a Business Analyst/User Researcher

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary

  • Experience managing digital campaigns such as social media marketing, display ads, search marketing, etc.

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce project management


  • Oracle and BI knowledge

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience
