Inventory Auditor

Are you someone who enjoys working with people and doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk? As an Inventory Auditor, you'll get to travel to our different locations and interact with many people in our retail locations as well as our corporate headquarters. The goal of our team is to be collaborative and detail oriented, here, we do not settle for less than our best.
Essential Functions and Duties
● Maintain and count merchandise inventories

● Notify management of potential current and future inventory issues

● Communicate with office and retail staff regarding inaccurate inventory counts and stock levels

● Download and input inventory counts into software system accurately

● Self-directed and is productive working with little direction

● Performs other duties as needed

Other Requirements

● Ability to travel locally 90% of the week with 2 - 3 overnight trips a month.

● Ability to work quickly and accurately with others around and stay focused

● Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

● Great communication and interpersonal skills

● Stress resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

● Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify issues that need to be communicated in a timely manner
Additional Qualifications
● 2-5 years retail experience

● Computer and software skills/experience including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

● Physical Demands: Standing for 6-8 hours a day, crouching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.

● Working Conditions: Retail locations in same vicinity as public, use of hand-held computer and other office equipment.

Hiring Minimum Requirements
● High school graduate, GED, or relevant work experience

● 18 years or older

● Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
