CCI Mechanical is the largest and most comprehensive HVAC and Plumbing Design-Build contractor in Utah. Because of our consistent workload and forecast of even more high-profile opportunities, we are looking for a talented and spirited Modeler/Designer to join our Virtual Design & Construction department. This role will include interaction with clients and project teams. Additional responsibilities include the following:

- Revit model manipulation and management of a project HVAC and plumbing Revit models.

- Frequent interaction in coordination meetings as needed.

- Communication with onsite personnel to answer field questions for installation.

- Producing spool drawings with 3rd party software.

- Able to read from field provided markups in different forms.

Strong culture of performance and team success.

Requirements:
Associate degree in CADD, drafting, engineering technology preferred. Role requires significant amount of person-to-person interaction with multiple types of people including designers, field installers, project managers and executives so strong communication skills are necessary. Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks is extremely helpful.
