We are currently seeking a CCWIS Technical Project Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

This Technical Project Manager (PM) will be a valued member of the CCWIS PMO and report directly to the Project Director. The PM will work collaboratively with the client, DDI vendor and other vendors working on the CCWIS project. The PM will manage a team of Technical Analysts as they work with other project teams to successfully implement the CCWIS system in accordance with budget and timelines. The PM will provide valuable Project Management and act as a liaison between state technical teams and the DDI vendors.

The PM will work alongside the State Team to assist with scheduling, prioritizing, and managing efforts to effectively communicate State technical needs as they pertain to various Project Management knowledge areas. The PM will work at the direction of the client to ensure that technical needs are met by managing and driving change using finesse and enthusiasm without upsetting or unsettling client team members. The PM will be responsible for performing, delegating, and managing the activities within the project team, working closely with direct technical partners and vendor teams.

Responsibilities include:

Leading cross-functional meetings to elicit requirements from subject matter experts to determine potential conflicts
Communicating and representing requirements to stakeholders throughout solution development
Utilizing best practices around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
Competently working at the highest technical level while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Creating data and/or interface flow charts for customer and technical review.
Responding to IV&V findings and recommendations
Mentoring State team members where applicable.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience working with State government Programs
Minimum 10 years of experience working in the Child Welfare environment
Minimum 5 years managing teams in the Child Welfare environment

50% onsite required once travel restrictions are lifted

Preferred Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience with data quality initiatives in the Child Welfare environment
Minimum 3 years working in multiple state agencies
Experience working with federal agencies
Experience working with Legacy Child Welfare systems
