We re looking for dynamic Human Resources interns to provide the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge of the company, our products and how we recruit, maintain and take care of our amazing team members.

What Does The Role Involve*

Our ten-week summer internship is an excellent opportunity to bring talent into the organization and expose our interns to Hilti as a future employer. Interns typically work full time during the summer on value-added projects that are relevant to their education and drive Hilti s business. Individuals who complete an internship will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.

What You Need Is:

* We'd love to hear from you if you:

* Are in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, MBA or similar background

* Graduate in Fall 2021 or Spring 2022

* Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

* Are results-driven and proactive and able to achieve targets

* Have secure communication and presentation skills

* Proven your ability to work independently and in a team setting

* Are highly organized and detail-oriented

* Are eligible to work in the US permanently without sponsorship
