Job Description:

Oklahoma City, OK GENERAL PURPOSE

The Clerk III is responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer and direct telephone calls

* Data entry, filing and other administrative duties

* Handle routine correspondence, including mail, email & faxes

* Interface with customers and employees

* Prepare reports and presentations

* Inventory and purchase supplies

QUALIFICATIONS

* High Scholl Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred

* AS400 or SAP work experience preferred

* Strong communication required and ability to coach co-workers

* Strong organization and computer skills

* Excellent phone etiquette with multi-phone line experience

* Strong data entry

* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
