The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing assets and campaigns across key channels for the company's B2B Institutional and B2C Private Schools. This role is responsible for working with stakeholders to support marketing strategies and campaigns including ecommerce efforts, website management and updates, content development and virtual events for acquisition and conversion. The Marketing Manager will support marketing campaigns that drive demand for various product lines, including b2b advertising and promotional opportunities. This role works across the organization and with outside vendors to generate leads, conversion and revenue for the business.

- Participate in the development of marketing plans and strategy

- Support the development, launch and ongoing optimization of the learning solutions ecommerce, b2b and consumer facing websites including user journey mapping, A/B testing, lead optimization and revenue optimization

- Work with creative and web development teams for website design and development updates

- Work with operations teams for ecommerce systems management, updates and optimizations

- Develop site tracking tools and dashboards to manage results

- Support planning and development of virtual events through partner development, website design, platform setup, invites, tracking and system management.

- Collaborate with thought leaders and partner organizations to develop virtual meetings, round tables, symposium.

- Develop ROI analysis to evaluate the impact of campaigns and virtual events.

- Support the development of marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing including paid social and digital with the goal of customer acquisition

- Oversee execution of digital events and work with marketing on content development; Manage the creation and delivery of webinars and virtual events

- Use web content management system, Adobe Experience Manager, to make updates to web pages

- Leverage understanding of our product offerings to write website copy, produce presentations and develop other applicable content

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and

- Three (3) years of progressive marketing experience with focus on demand generation OR

- Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Other Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to understand complex product offerings and marketing solutions

- Experience with AEM or similar content management systems

- Experience with marketing systems; CRMs such as Salesforce.com and Adobe Experience Manager or similar Content Management System.

- Experience in vendor management

- Ability to build and analyze ROI (Return on Investment based on campaign contribution

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills with ability to leverage technology effectively

- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationships

- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills

- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment

- Resilient and contributes to fostering positive team morale

- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities to deliver and drive results

- High level of quality and accountability for work product

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.

- Ability to travel 10% of the time (minimal if any e.g. team building events)

- Ability to clear required background check
