You must be comfortable with ambiguity at times, adapt to shifting priorities and be a world class problem solver, working across functional units to ensure client satisfaction. You will partner with a broad array of internal stakeholders, including other members of our world-class product, sales, technology, credentialing, and support teams.

What you'll be doing

Essential Functions

As Product Manager, you will play a critical role focusing on the strategy and growth of Small Business Owner products, existing commercial profiles and Corporate Linkage. The core markets of interest in this role are Financial Services, Trade Credit, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Energy and Cable.


  • Ability to understand client needs and market trends through client interaction and other market research
  • Gather market feedback around product positioning, pricing and revenue, competitor products and services, market trends and translate into compelling product requirements
  • Be a self-starter when it comes to determining product priorities, including new features & initiatives that drive your product line forward
  • Evangelize your product internally and externally through new sales opportunities, high impact presentations, demos and development of relevant collateral (e.g. online demos, promotions, white papers, case studies, etc.)
  • Provides product expertise in the support of product sales activities through preparing and updating product collateral, conducting sales training, and participating in client presentations.
  • Coordinates the execution of client projects with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track product performance assesses contribution to company revenue and market position and recommends product or marketing modifications to maximize value and increase product penetration.
  • Coordinates the development and implementation of marketing vehicles to support product promotion including collateral, trade shows, press releases, product briefs, and corporate intranet. Attends trade shows and conference to promote product.
  • Maintains customer communications to maintain product visibility and solicit new sales.

What your background looks like


  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years hand's on experience in a server administration role
  • Prefer Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Exposure to system design technologies desired.
  • History of working in an e-commerce and fast paced environment
  • Strong experience with Windows 2019, 2016, and 2012 server platforms
  • Strong experience in AWS, VMWare cloud platforms
  • Strong scripting/configuration mgmt. experience, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Ansible Tower
  • Strong understanding of multiple Active Directory Domains, connectivity, troubleshooting techniques and domain security
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco UCS Director, vRealize analysis and automation, Red Hat Cloudforms
  • Strong Active Directory skills (Multi Forest and Domains), including GPO experience
  • Strong understanding of server imaging and build practices, using AWS AMI, SCCM and VMWare
  • Strong knowledge of server virtualization platforms
  • Good knowledge of load balancing using F5 Big IP
  • Good knowledge of internetworking technologies
  • Good leadership & analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong inter-personal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to self-lead through major projects
