Tasks Performed If you are chosen for this opportunity, you will be responsible for the HUD and CD preparation process from begining to end. Essential Functions
Prepare preliminary and final HUD 1 settlement statements and Closing Disclosures (CDs)
Obtain HUD approval with lenders
Send out all documents for closing to agent and confirm their receipt
Coordinate funds needed at the closing table with lender, borrower and broker
Work with realtors, attorneys and various lenders to address closing instructions, prorate taxes, calculate loan interest and prepare escrow settlement documents.
Assist title/closing team with deed preparation, payoff requests and confirmation of tax information when needed
Assist with the HUD/title/closing email inbox as needed
Perform other necessary duties as assigned by your manager.
Desired Degree Bachelors of Science or Arts Degree
Certifications Required
Other Qualifications
You have High School Diploma and at least 2 years of HUD Prep experience or equivalent education.
You are able to catch important details that help alleviate potential risk for the company and the customer.
