Position Overview: 

If you are chosen for this opportunity, you will be responsible for preparing and disbursing checks associated with real estate closings. 

Responsibilities of the Position: 

• Verifying accuracy of loan applications and closing documents by reviewing to ensure all signatures have been received. 


• Preparing and receiving all checks for disbursement 


• Ensuring accurate funding distribution through wire transfers and escrow check disbursement 


• Sending all completed loan documents to title company and various counties for recording   


• Ensure all files are complete, organized and ready for final title insurance policy production 


• Comply with client requirements to reduce risk to the company 


• Other duties as required by the Title and Closing department

• You have a high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of disbursement experience.  


• You are able to catch important details that help alleviate potential risk for the company and the customer.  


• You are organized. You can prioritize tasks to manage deadlines.  


• You communicate clearly. You’re comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone. 


• You embrace technology as an efficient and effective way to communicate and problem solve.
