The Role

Korn Ferry is seeking a leader for Marketing Operations. This is a highly cross functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong program management, and the ability to drive strong and focused marketing practices while developing the Korn Ferry marketing technology strategy. This role monitors overall marketing performance, benchmarking against best in class. A successful candidate will have developed processes for high growth marketing organizations with exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and technical stakeholders. You are a growth driver, someone who not only supports the needs of the team, but a person who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate the business.

Key Accountabilities


  • Create and maintain global live dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

  • Ensure no lead left behind: in collaboration with sales operations, manage and optimize lead management including lead scoring, routing, and efficient handovers to sales

  • Monitor and report on the effective flow of data through our systems, programs, and processes

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization

  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database

  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

  • Strategic alignment and integration of acquisitions in marketing technology alignment

  • Create, analyze, and optimize marketing processes on an ongoing basis by working closely with the marketing leadership team and maintaining the Korn Ferry marketing operational playbook

Skills & Experience


  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing, operations, analytics, business operations, or other quantitative roles

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience managing marketing operations process including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping

  • Strong understanding of marketing technology landscape, measurement, and attribution approaches

  • Agility and speed in decision making with comfort taking an iterative approach

  • Knowledge of XAAS industry issues, trends, and business models essential

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize by working closely with the marketing and sales teams for best roadmap

  • Demonstrated cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion

  • Collaborative with sales operations and marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills; enjoys working with data

  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Marketo, SFDC, and Domo) and integrating those systems with other technologies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
