Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Record all applications and track all hiring stages of applicants in the applicant tracking system.
· Reach out to all potential interviewees via phone/email to set up interviews/confirm attendance for training.
· Conduct pre-employment background checks.
· Conduct face to face interviews with potential employees.
· Clearly explain the general job description to each candidate.
· Effectively Offer/Deny appropriate applicants based off of interview/background.
· Work with Operations Manager, Supervisors, Trainers, and Hiring Manager to gain feedback on new employees to better adjust hiring decisions.
· Interface with all departments and contact centers as they require recruitment support.
· Participate in career fairs and community events.
· Establish and develop relationships within the company through associations, organizations, and events.
