Finance Administrator I

CONMED is seekingaFinance Administrator I, who will beresponsible for managing the Advantage Placement program.The FinanceAdministrators'primary responsibilitywill beensuring that the policies and procedures defined for the Placement program are followed,and the Sales Financeteamhas program adminsupport.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PrepareProgram Agreement documents, transmit the documents to the sales rep or customer, processtheorder, loadingpricing and ADV warranty upon receipt of properly executed documents and purchase order

Track purchasesversus spend commitment on each equipment placement program agreement for each territory.

Maintain warranty file on Advantage equipmentfor active agreements

Correspond with sales team concerning contract compliance

Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in the preparation of Advantage proposals

Monitor special programs for sales finance and process bill only agreements
-
Monthly reporting cross check with finance team to ensure correct compensation is given on sales orders related finance deals by rep/territory

Follow guidelines to ensure that all procedures and processing follows current audit requirements

Provide support to the departmentprogramsas requestedsuch as Internal Programs - leasing, program pricing, proforma order calculationsandassist with order entry for Finance orders such as - Leasing, Rewards, Rental, Consignment

Update SFDC with contract information for Placement Agreements

Assist with finance program questions: BO, equipment, warranty, pricing, invoicing

Assist with review of Large Orders/White Glove process for finance review

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education Requirements:High school diploma
-
Work Experience Requirements: Direct work experience in the area of sales administration, sales finance and/orcustomer service

Knowledge Requirements:Strong skills in Microsoft Office Programsand Oracle.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
