The Sr. Tax Analyst will provide support to tax function primarily related to tax provisions and tax planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assists with the preparation of the quarterly/annual tax provision prepared pursuant to ASC 740 including assisting with preparation of the tax footnotes.

* Assists with the implementation, design, and revision and optimization of tax provision related processes and tools (e.g., OneSource).

* Performs tax research and prepares tax memoranda to document tax analyses and conclusions primarily related to income tax.

* Assists with the preparation of tax memos to support various income tax positions.

* Responds to tax notices from various jurisdictions.

* Assists with income tax audit requests.

* Assists with other projects as they arise.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting required

* Certified Public Accountant and/or Master s in Accounting preferred

* 2+ years of corporate income tax experience preferred

* Good analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively
