BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Rexnord Business Systems RBS Commercial Leader plays an active role in driving accelerated commercial, digital marketing and financial performance through continuous process improvement. Emphasis is on leadership, continuous improvement skills and culture building that will lead to self sustaining capabilities within domestic and international businesses. This position has high visibility with the leadership team and reports directly to the Corporate Leader, RBS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Lead/set direction for Commercial RBS - Lead Generation Digital/Non-Digital, Alternate channel setup and Funnel Management
*

Support/Lead DiRXN connected product (IOT), digital marketing/digital strategy initiative
*

Demonstrate passion to create compelling value propositions and sell the story in white papers and testimonials. * Strong understanding and development of the digital tools.

*

Exhibit leadership skills to collaborative with multiple functions and regions within Zurn * Coach and mentor RBS Managers and leaders in the use of various tools, concepts and practices around RBS.

* Develop and upgrade RBS materials, modules, and processes focused on lean commercial processes.

* Work with commercial functional leaders as a thought leader to define current state situation, assess gaps in process/capabilities/talent, and assist in development of the future state in line with strategic plans

QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS

* University bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred

* Travel up to 75%

* Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills

* Working knowledge of the consumer based commercialization tactics, VOC and branding

* Hands-on experience implementing Lean in commercial/digital functions.

* Prefer Product Management/Sales/General Management experience with technical and/or connected products
