Position Description:
The Jr. Business Analyst is responsible for working Bureau disputes and periodically various assigned reports in accordance with established procedures as assigned. Candidates will analyze data and determine the course of action to take in resolving disputes/exceptions. The Jr. Business Analyst works with various departments to resolve exceptions or respond to requests from internal and external entities.
Essential Job Functions:
Work Credit Bureau disputes daily
Work project assignments as assigned performing document reviews and updating the servicing system.
Testing enhancements and fixes as needed for Loanserv updates.
Work with credit reporting agencies to help resolve exceptions, disputes, escalations
Format, message, and scrub data as necessary to present to LOBs or CBR Manager
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
Ability to create and maintain servicing system
Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
2 - 3 years mortgage experience, Default Servicing a plus
Sagent, LoanServ experience, a plus
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Problem resolution
Other Related Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.
