Job Description:


As a Central Supply Coordinator, you will oversee the purchasing and inventory of all Clinical/Nursing supplies for the facility. You will be in charge of processing orders of supplies to ensure the facility is stocked, managing an annual budget, refilling supply areas on the floor, and maintain inventory of all supplies in a neat and orderly way. You will work closely with Admissions and Social Services to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.


  • Durable Medical Equipment inventory, ordering and allocation.

  • Over the counter Medication inventory and ordering

  • Medical Supplies

  • Managing the budget for all items

  • Personal Protective Equipment ordering and managing/allocating

  • Computer skills required

  • Experience in supply/inventory management is preferred.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
