  • The Countermeasure Program Specialist provide protective services in accordance with established post orders based on the recommendations in the Facility Security Assessment conducted by FPS that were approved by the FSC.

Duties:


  • Perform Self Inspection Program (SIP) Audits for Region

  • Support budget management, annual contracts costs, recurring Security Work Authorizations (SWAs), and non-recurring SWAs.

  • Prepare and submit various budgetary items to include status of SWAs, G514s, etc.

  • Support the Regional FPS Business Operations Manager with ensuring invoices are accurate and paid on time

  • Support post exhibits/TAS orders and address discrepancies with Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs)

  • Supporting the audit and analysis of active contracts and task orders and Protective Security Officer (PSO) training records.

  • Preparing draft and/or edit post exhibits for post coverage required at facilities for Government review and approval.

  • Developing a Tracking Tool to monitor PSO contract burn rates, available funds and stakeholder deliverables to insure proper contracts oversight.

  • Create requisitions (G-514s).

  • Providing acquisition and analytical support to the PSO and TCM Program.

  • Provide estimates on demand for temporary and emergency guard service requests for the guard contracts.

  • Use data programs to support the COR in day-to-day operations.

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate contract files of assigned contracts.

  • Assisting in preparation of the Performance Monitoring Meeting Form for PSO contracts using data provided by federal employees.

  • Analyzing SWA billing accuracy under federal direction. Researching and reconciling any outstanding SWA issues.

  • Reconciling financial system(s) and contract writing system(s) data.

  • Assist with contract closeouts.

  • Perform administrative duties as needed in support of Program requirements.

Education Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree

Basic Qualifications:
Experience:


  • One (1) to Three (3) years experience providing similar program and business operations support

  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, skilled financial management systems, acquisition systems and possess exceptional customer service skills.

  • Experience with data analytic frameworks and platforms is highly desired
