Responsible for various matters relating to revenue and expense analysis and the customer bid process. GENERAL SUMMARY :

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) :

Prepares analysis of billing rates and costs to support the process of submitting bids to existing and prospective customers with a deep understanding of the product, price, place and promotional opportuntiies.s

Analyzes billing and cost options to assist management in determining pricing.

Performs estimate-to-actual analysis on project profitability.

Assists in drafting and reviewing documents for bid submittals to existing and prospective customers, including pricing sheets, bid documents, and contracts.

Prepares forecasts of future revenues and expenses based on customer bid activity.

Analyzes expenses to identify cost saving opportunities.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Manages data on revenues and expenses to provide comparative data for the bid process.

Builds profitability models for use in the customer bid process.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Master's degree preferred
• 2 + years previous accounting or financial analysis experience preferred
• High level of proficiency in MicroSoft Excel required
• Moderate level of proficiency in MicroSoft Word and PowerPoint required
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
• Ability to meet job-related deadlines
• Productive work habits, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete work in an efficient and effective manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
