What We Are Looking For

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Service Technician at Cloverleaf apartment community in Kansas City, MO. This is a HUD community with 204 units.
*This position will pay a minimum of $21.63/hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of multifamily property maintenance and preventative maintenance and are HVAC certified.

What You Will Do

The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

• Three to four years related experience and/or training
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to work independently
  
  


• 
  
  EPA or HVAC certification is required
  
  


• 
  
  Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
  
  


• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
