Job Description:


Qualis Corporation is seeking a Campaign and CONPLAN Planning & Assessment Task Lead and Senior Mil Ops Analyst to support JFCC IMD at Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs, CO.

Duties Include:


  • Provide overall contractor management, including personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, and reviews necessary to ensure effective contract performance. Lead contract effort to ensure trained and ready forces through superior education and training on all elements of comprehensive JFCC IMD real world operational requirements.
  • Support unit training and participate in Warfighter exercises, wargames, future concepts, capabilities, and programs.
  • Plan, lead and execute Mobile Training Team (MTT) responsibilities to locations world-wide.
  • Supervise contractor activity of JFCC IMD
  • Serve on and contribute to a variety of matrixed IMD project teams
  • Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of development of JFCC IMD Campaign Support Plans and synchronization of senior leader engagements, communications, and messaging to support strategic military objectives.
  • Supports implementation of Global IMD CONOPs, identifies lessons learned and evolving processes, to include in periodic revisions, support to collaborative working groups, joint planning groups and conferences.
  • Provides support to concept development and execution of any required senior leader events.
  • Supports strategic and/or joint level planning at the combatant command level applying knowledge of Joint Operations Planning Process, the Adaptive Planning Process, JOPES and products and effects-based planning.
  • Provides support through analysis and assessment of objectives and elements of the Campaign Support Plan and Command priorities.
  • Responsible for working across command directorates for development of analytical methodology, qualitative and quantitative measures of effectiveness, measures of performance and indicators, data collection techniques and tools to provide a comprehensive assessment of progress toward meeting objectives.
  • Supports annual Adversary Centric Bundled Plans Assessment, working with GCCs and Services to capture risk inherent in execution of multiple contingency plans.
  • Responsible for synthesis of analyses into overarching findings and recommendations and development of presentations for decision makers.
  • Attend and support conferences, meetings and briefings as required.

Required Skills/Experience :

  • Strong understanding of Missile Defense and Combatant Commands' areas of responsibility
  • Understanding of strategic plans and policy
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Travel: 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements : Bachelor's Degree

Desired Skills : Strategic plans or policy experience at Combatant Command level
