Summary of position/daily activities:
The Angular Developer is responsible for full cycle development (design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis) for software applications. This individual will apply technical knowledge and experience to build enterprise solutions using industry standard tools and frameworks and has solid experience with web services (RESTful APIs). This individual should be a self-starter that is highly self-motivated and directed and has the ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.

Responsibilities
Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Transform business and functional requirements into technical solutions
Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to business specifications
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application development best practices

Basic qualifications/experience (the required qualifications which are critical to be considered for the position:
At least 2+ year of experience with Angular 2+ development
Experience with Angular (5 or later), Typescript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience developing Web service using Java, Spring, Springboot, Jackson (JSON/XML), including RESTful APIs
Experience with a NoSQL Database such as DynamoDB or MongoDB or equivalent
Familiarity of design patterns and object oriented analysis and design
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of software development best practices
Experience with Git as software version control system
Experience with Material Design
Experience working in a Scrum team and with JIRA

Desired skills/certifications (any additional skills desired but not required to be considered for the position):
BS, in Computer Science or Information Technology related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
Experience with WordPress and PHP a plus.
Experience with AWS and Linux a plus.
