We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a Sr. Sales Analyst to join our team in Woodinville, WA. This key position will support Senior Sales leadership on the International Sales Team through ongoing data gathering, analysis, reporting, presentations, new product launches, and market insight. The successful incumbent will also provide critical support to the team by performing a variety of administrative and sales support duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Project tracking and follow-up with international team leaders on demand planning, scorecard updates, and department budgets

- Provide extensive administrative and office management support for entire sales office, including Vice President and sales personnel (includes: preparing correspondence/advanced ppt presentations and additional support functions as needed).

- Streamline and/or develop and implement innovative policies and procedures. Ensure policies & plan documents are up-to-date and accessible by international team.

- Timely production and distribution of weekly/monthly reports

- Processing of information into a coherent format so that the SMWE sales force is knowledgeable about issues impacting their ability to achieve the Sales Department goals. (Detailed monthly updates and support info for new product launch initiatives and core execution programs each month)

- Coordination of cross-functional meetings to advance important projects and initiatives with Marketing, Communications, IT, Finance Departments throughout the calendar year

- Trouble shooting business process issues in the field, finding solutions to improve business processes and infrastructure

- Assist in Importer agreement administration

- Assist with special projects as needed for the VP, Director of sales and region management team

- Responsible for gathering, maintaining, and reporting market information for use by the Sales VP and Director of sales

- Responsible for maintaining technical skills on the appropriate software applications that will provide the optimum level of support

- Partner with the Creative Department on new asset requests

- Schedule and coordinate arrangements for regional sales meetings, new product launches, sales blitzes and distributor kick-offs

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

- Solid understanding of data collection, data analysis and evaluation

- Excellent organization skills, multi-tasking, and project management skills required, including the ability to manage multiple challenging priorities, is crucial, with minimal errors

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to succinctly and accurately present complex data and persuasively make recommendations to Sales Management essential

- Ability and desire to interact with Senior Sales Managers, and department heads

- Ability to manage tasks and to exercise independent judgment

- Advanced PC skills required, including Excel, Word, Database applications, and PowerPoint

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities

- Must be an analytical, organized, detailed, teammate with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience

- Ability to maintain positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients, management, peers

- At least one foreign language proficiency preferred (French, Chinese, Japanese, etc.)

- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
